Arrests

Main County Jail
The main county jail is Howard County Detention Facility, located at 7301 Waterloo Rd Jessup, MD 20794. The Howard County PD operates the facility.

The Ellicott City Jail, which held twelve inmates, was the first institution to be built. County Executive Edward L. Cochran established a distinct division in 1975. Gerald H. McClellan served as the film’s first director.
